Privacy Policy

1.) Scope of Services: The company provides assistance with preparing, organizing, and submitting Veterans Affairs (VA) claims. The company does not guarantee approval of any claim or specific outcome, as all determinations are made solely by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
2.) No Guarantee of results: Client acknowledges that the company cannot and does not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to claim approval, disability ratings, or processing times. All services are provided on a best-effort basis.
3.) Payment terms & No Refund policy: All fee deposits and or total fees for services are due prior to commencement or completion of work. By engaging the company’s services, client agrees that all deposits and fee payments are final and nonrefundable. The company maintains a strict no-refund policy, regardless of claim outcome, processing delays, or client dissatisfaction after services have been rendered.
4.) Client Responsibilities: Client agrees to provide accurate, complete and truthful information necessary for the preparation of their VA claim. The company is not responsible for delays, denials, or issues resulting from

incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information provided by the client.
